Women's OCAA Championship COVERAGE!

The Loyalist Lancers knocked off the tournament host Niagara Knights in the final game of the first day of the OCAA Women’s Basketball Championships. The Lancers, led by the triple threat of Erin Rose, Sara Maybee and Kara Muhlhausen, defeated the Knights by a final score of 48-41. Rose, Maybee and Muhlhausen combined for 34 of the Lancers’ 48 points (five, 14 and 15 points respectively). The game was close throughout, but the Lancers’ outside shooting and Niagara’s foul trouble early on in both quarters proved to be too much for the Knights to overcome.

Player of the game was Sara Maybee

Lancers next game is the Semi finals Friday 8pm stay with us for coverage

Tommorrow's the day!

Just a quick reminder that the Girls basketball kicks off the season right with the FALL CLASSIC tournament at 6pm at the loyalist gym against St. Lawerence. Come out and Support the Lancers everyone.

In a sad Note the girls soccer season is over. But i would just like to say that the girls showed alot of heart this season improving in every part of the game and with a couple bounces of the ball the other way we would have been right there in the play off picture. My hat is off to you girls for a great season and a never give up attitude. You all did the Lancer name proud!

On the upside the volleyball teams both mens have womens have started up and they are off to a fast pace start winning all of there pre season and starting league games.. Keep it up Lancers

See everyone Friday night at the Basketball Game
